Adding Products to Meta Catalogue from CRM
The CRM provides an “Add Product” option that redirects users to the Meta Platforms catalogue product creation page. This allows users to create new products in Meta directly from the CRM interface.
Once the product is created in Meta, users need to return to the CRM and perform a sync operation to fetch the newly added product into the system.


Note:
- Users must be logged in to their Meta Business account.
- WhatsApp Business should already be configured and connected to the CRM using the same Meta account.
