The Bot Analytics section provides insights into chatbot performance, including automated interactions, keyword-triggered responses, and overall engagement metrics. This helps in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the bot workflow.

Message Insights
Total Message
Shows the complete count of all messages exchanged in bot conversations. Includes both bot-sent messages and customer-sent messages.

Bot Message
Displays the number of messages sent by the bot during conversations. Helps measure how actively the bot is responding

Customer Message
Shows the number of messages sent by customers in bot conversations. Useful for understanding customer engagement levels.

Total Conversations
Represents the total number of conversations handled by the bot. Counts each conversation regardless of message volume.

Avg Message/Conversation
Shows the average number of messages exchanged per conversation. Calculated using Total Messages divided by Total Conversations.

Bot Performance
This section provides a detailed performance summary for each configured bot, including metrics such as total conversations, total messages, first conversation activity, and average messages per conversation. It helps in evaluating bot engagement and overall effectiveness.
