So it should be confirmed that your hosting supports ionCube loaders, the version and method or get support to enable it for your account before the purchase. A refund is only provided when

    Ex: if you purchase one time plan on 1st Jan 2021 and from 15th of Jan WhatsApp API not working then refund Amount = One Time Fees-(# of Days X $1)
