Installing SMS Notifier

1. Go to Setting -> CRM Setting -> Extension -> Extension Store.
2. Click the Login Marketplace button in the top right.Username and Password: For security reasons, the details you enter here are different from the credentials that you use to log in to your Textanywhere account. To find your Username and Password, you will need to log into your Textanywhere account and access the Administration Panel by clicking on the Admin Panel button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click the Customize button in the top right > Server Configuration > New Configuration.
   • In the New Configuration popup, select IndiaSms from the Provider dropdown
   • In the Active field, click the radio-button Yes
   • In the User Name field, provide your IndiaSms account user name
   • In the password field, provide your IndiaSms account password
   • In the form field, enter the Sender ID provided by IndiaSms.
4. After the configuration, click Save.

Sending SMS from SalesHiker

After configuring either Clickatell or Textanywhere gateway, you are all set to send SMS to your Leads, Contacts, and Organizations.

To send SMS to records in the list-view,

1. Click on the desired module. Eg: Leads, Contacts, or Organizations.
2. Select desired records to whom you’d like to send SMS. You can select records by clicking on the corresponding check-boxes preceding the records.
