Module

SalesHiker CRM includes a flexible framework with over 20 modules covering Sales, Support, Marketing, Inventory, Projects, Calendar and many more. Module Manager gives you the flexibility to enable, disable and configure settings of different modules available in SalesHiker CRM. Additionally, it also enables you access to the SalesHiker CRM app store within which new modules, apps, etc., can be installed.

Deactivating Module(s)

Module Manager displays the list of all modules available in your Saleshiker CRM account. You can disable the modules that don’t meet your business requirements by unchecking the checkboxes beside them. if modules are disabled in Module Manager, they will not be available for use for all users across your SalesHiker CRM account. However, you can easily enable the modules to bring them back in action by clicking on the checkbox beside that module.

  • Click gear icon in the upper left.
  • Click settings.
  • Click CRM settings.
  • Click Module Management.
  • Click Modules.

Uncheck the checkbox next to specific field to disable it.

Activating Modules

If you’ve ever decided to bring a deactivated module into action again, you’ll have to simply enable the checkbox beside that module.

Features

This feature enables you to configure settings related to modules in SalesHiker CRM. The key preferences with respect to the modules can be configured right through the Module Manager. Settings that can be configured in Module Manager are illustrated below.

Organization Fields & Layout

Navigates you to Fields and Layout Editor where you can configure fields of selected module

Organization Numbering

Navigates you to Customize Record Numbering feature where you can modify default record numbering of selected module

Organization Workflows

Navigates you to Workflows feature where you can set up new workflows on selected module

Picklists Values

Navigates you to Picklist Editor where you can customize picklist fields of selected module

Edit Field Mapping

Exclusively for Leads. Navigates you to Lead Mapping feature where you can map fields before converting leads
